As we age, our natural levels of hyaluronic acid and collagen deplete, leading to a dull complexion, fine "crepey" lines, and loss of firmness. Skin boosters involve micro-injections of a highly concentrated, ultra-pure hyaluronic acid into the dermis. This acts as an internal moisturiser, pulling water into the skin and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin.
The procedure is quick, typically taking 20 to 30 minutes. Because the product is injected across the treatment area, we use very fine needles to ensure minimal discomfort.
There is virtually no downtime. While you may see small bumps at the injection sites immediately after the treatment, these typically disappear within 12 to 24 hours as the product spreads and absorbs into the deeper layers of your skin.
